Establish Effective Workplace Relationships

Professional Development Workshop - 15 April on the Gold Coast.


Frontline Managers play an important role in developing and maintaining positive relationships in internal and external environments so that customers, suppliers and the organisation can achieve planned outputs and outcomes. They play a prominent part in motivating, mentoring, coaching and developing team cohesion through providing leadership for the team and forming the bridge between management and team members. In order for frontline managers to successfully do their work, they need a specific set of skills - which they can learn at our PD Workshop;

  • how to collect, analyse and communicate infomation and ideas
  • implementing a consultation process within your team
  • developing trust and confidence
  • developing and maintaining networks and relationships
  • managing difficulties into positive outcomes
 The workshop is perfect for managers, supervisors and all those who deal with people on a continual basis.
